The fire-resistant black cotton board is specially designed and manufactured for fire protection and thermal insulation in opaque curtain wall structures. This product has a dark brown appearance and features exceptional high-temperature resistance (with a melting point exceeding 1150℃) as well as an extremely low linear shrinkage rate at high temperatures. It also boasts excellent water-repellent and moisture-proof properties, delivers outstanding thermal insulation performance, and does not corrode metals. System testing has confirmed that this product’s fire-resistance rating exceeds two hours. It is particularly suitable for thermal insulation of curtain walls with high fire-rating requirements, as well as for sealing around window and door frames and between floor levels to provide fire barriers.

1. Fire-resistant and thermal insulation system for non-transparent curtain wall structures.
2. The structural gaps between curtain wall systems and floor slabs, partition walls, beams, or columns shall be filled with firestop materials to effectively prevent the penetration and spread of fire, smoke, and heat flow.
For ease of construction, transportation, and storage, the product is packaged in polyethylene heat-shrink film. It should be stored indoors in a dry, well-ventilated area.
