Alumina-silicate fiberboard is a dry-process board made primarily from hard clay clinker—calcined bauxite—as the main raw material. It is produced by melting and blowing the material in an electric arc furnace, then adding a certain proportion of binder to form alumina-silicate felt. After being shaped through hot-air penetration in a curing chamber, the board is automatically cut and formed by a computer-controlled cutting system.

  Alumina-silicate fiberboard is a dry-process board made from hard clay clinker—specifically, coke-blasted alumina—as the primary raw material. It is produced by melting and blowing the clinker in an electric arc furnace, then adding a certain proportion of binder to form alumina-silicate felt. After being shaped and set through hot-air penetration in a curing chamber, the board is automatically cut into final dimensions by a computer-controlled cutting station.
