  Various types of aluminosilicate fiber felts—ordinary, standard, high-purity, high-alumina, and zirconium-containing—produced via the spun-fiber process are manufactured through a series of steps including needle punching, thermal setting, longitudinal and transverse cutting, and rolling. Needle-punched blankets with different capacities and thicknesses offer users a wide range of material options, enabling them to achieve optimal thermal insulation performance and efficiency.
  The spunbonded fiber blanket features uniform diameter, long fibers, and low slag-ball content, which significantly enhance its performance in terms of fiber interweaving, resistance to delamination, resistance to wind erosion, flexibility, and tensile strength. As a result, the application performance of the needle-punched blanket is improved, and material waste is reduced.
  Spunbond fibers do not use any binders, ensuring that the product maintains excellent reliability and stability in a variety of environments.
